Using the FLASH on the Camera
Attach the Flash to the Hot Shoe (top bracket on the camera)
Follow the chart for Aperture setting, you will not meter, but make exposure based on the distance camera is from the subject. Your shutter speed should always be set to 1/60 or 1/125 of a second.
The ISO in the studio should be 100 or 200.
ISO outdoors should be set to 400.
